Personally identifiable data as defined under GDPR and other regulations may be collected by various third party applications used to operate this website. Dragonfly Moon Studio and affiliated company Digital I Productions do not collect or archive information regarding site visitors beyond that defined below.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact forms
The contact form on this site does not store your information and your contact information will only be used to respond to your inquiry. We do not store, sell, or share contact e-mails once the message has been answered.
Mailing List Sign-Up Form
We operate a mailing list through Mailchimp, a subsidiary of the Rocket Science Group. This list is maintained for the sole purpose of sending a quarterly newsletter to subscribers. We do not provide this list to any other parties except for this specific purpose.
Mailchimp may have additional policies which are not enumerated here. It is up to you to visit the Mailchimp website and review these policies if you have a concern regarding them.
Patreon
We have an affiliated Patreon account. If you become a supporter through our Patreon, you are subject to additional terms and conditions as well as other privacy policies that may be applicable through Patreon. Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
